Anode Hanger Bars

Like the anode sheets, the hanger bars of the anodes are also manufactured according to specific customer requirements. The cleaning of the copper bars is followed by the tinning and a homogenous lead lining of several millimeters.
Our type of manufacturing guarantees the best possible metallic connection between the copper bar and the lead lining. This means we achieve long term corrosion protection against aggressive acid mist and an efficient current flow.
The connection of the anode plate to the homogenously lead-lined copper bar is completed via a double sided lead fillet weld (1) or via the welding of the anode plate to an integrally cast material lug as a butt weld (2).
